We love this coffee maker! After having it in our house for a weekend, I purchased one for our office. It's easy to use and has a small recipe book with it to get you started. ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!

I haven’t used all the features yet, but so far, so good. It makes great coffee. I think that’s because it dampens the ground coffee before it makes the coffee. This results in richer coffee.

Great flexibility and variety in types and amounts to brew. Slightly slower brewing than Kcups but less waste, better coffee and more economical. Make the switch!

I really like this coffee maker but am disappointed that it doesn’t have a hot plate for the carafe. After a few hours the coffee is no longer hot. I haven’t had a chance to make any specialty coffees with it yet but hope to soon.

So far...loving this machine! I went through 2 others (different brand) This one is great. If it lasts as long as my other Ninja products I'll be real happy!

Makes great coffee and I like the looks of the coffee maker. I would have given it 5 stars but for the fact it does not have a setting to make "hotter" coffee like my previous coffee maker (which was not a Ninja).

This is a great coffee maker. Surprisingly simple for all its functions. Coffee is hot and frother works great. I'd prefer it steam the milk, but for the price, I think its a great value.

Nice coffeemaker. Looks good and makes a very nice assortment of coffee sizes . I would definitely buy it again if I needed to replace one at the beach house.

I am so happy I bought this, wish I bought it sooner!! It is easy to use. If I only want to make 1cup, I can do so very easily. I swear my coffee tastes better!! I love this coffee maker, highly recommended it!

Amazing option and one of the best my wife has found. We ended up buy one for our parents, one for our daughter too - and opted for the warranty purchase that is offered with it - just in case. Highly recommend!
