I absolutely love this machine! It brews amazing coffee drinks. The only reason I didn?t rate it a 5 is because the opening of the carafe is very small and I can barely fit my hand in it to clean the inside. Other than that it?s perfect!

I wanted to love this machine! Unfortunately every carafe I brewed had a weird bitter/ burnt taste. I tried several different types of coffee and filters. I always used bottled water but it didn’t matter. I finally gave up and sent it back.

I love lattes, espresso drinks, and the occasional cup of joe, I have had my coffee bar for almost a week and have been satisfied with all my java concoctions this is a must have !!!! Easy to use, doesn't take up to much space and lightweight

For me there’s nothing like a hot cup of coffee in the morning. I can make as much or as little as I need. I have not explored some of the other perks, so get back to me in a few weeks!

It stopped turning on. I ran out of time to return it so that was on me but it broke relatively quick. I bought a $24 Mr Coffee when the Ninja broke in 2019 and I am still using it everyday all year round!!

Got this December 25; as of January 4 it doesn’t work any more. It literally brews an ounce and then beeps to let you know it is finished brewing. I have had it eleven days and it is useless

I love my Ninja!! I already got my family members to buy one as well! My ?Frappuccino? is just as good as Starbucks and I don?t have to pay the price!!

This is the worst coffee pot I have ever used. it made one pot of coffee with no problems. Now it won't even make a cup before it stops making coffee. Save your money or spend it on a different coffee maker.

Couldn't be happier with my purchase! Everything works as advertised. No issues of any kind. Being a refurbished item I did opt for the additional warranty.
