[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted one for years and it does not disappoint. There is a learning curve that takes about a week to be comfortable. The learning curve on this machine is knowing the ounces of the cups you are using. The quick start guide is handy to have nearby while you are learning. Here is the good and bad. The bad: This is not an under counter unit as steam is released from the top. I pull mine out to use it. There is no way to fully remove the carafe cover to easily dry the carafe if you care about water spots. The beep telling you its done is false. You need to let it drip more or you will have water in your filter when you empty it. You will need to not only run a few primer cycles before using, but I recommend a vinegar cleaning cycle as well. (see instructions) I tasted just the water and it took many cycles to not have a new hose taste. I also used it for hot water for tea. Now for the good. There is nothing cheap about this. Well designed. The frothing unit pushes back and out of the way when not in use. Easy to remove and put back for cleaning. The measuring scoop has storage on the side of the unit and is flush so you won't see it. The drip stop really works well and has a warning beep if you try to make coffee with it still on. Using it as a habit took a couple days. The water tank is easy to lift and fill with a good grip and solid slide into place. Measurements on the side are easy to read if you only want to fill it for current use. Whoever designed this hated messes and cheap fitting equipment Making the coffee really is as easy as turning the knob, and selecting your brew. This is where knowing ounces of your kitchen cups is handy. I made every brew, (including delicious iced) and each one was as simple as turning a knob and selecting the brew. The fold down cup holder is silicone covered for no chance of accidents security. The recipe book is real life and not fancy and complicated. Every recipe is simple, and delicious. If you like adding sugar /sweetener add it to the froth so you don't ruin the beautiful layers. Yes, you can froth non dairy flavored creamer! So many more details, so little room. When you have wanted something for years, your expectations are high. This did not disappoint. Simply allow a week for learning curve because the options are many and you will want to use them all. Now you really can have coffee house coffee at home. Everything it claims it can do, it does without being a bother. It's a pleasure to use and produces great coffee.

We had this coffee maker about a year and a half before the dreaded beeping started. It will dispense about an ounce and then the 5 beeps start. I've always cleaned it when the light came on and have done it several times since the beeping started. It saddens me because they are not cheap and it could be an amazing coffee bar but I don't want to waste more money trying another, especially after reading the hundreds of the same comments. As with most others I've done the tips and YouTube fixes but they don't last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only have positive things to say about this multifunctional Ninja Coffee Bar Glass Carafe System. To begin, it is packaged well, very securely. The unit does not move around in the box nor any of its pieces. Each piece was wrapped securely. The box is attractive and contains useful product information. The box contained an easy to follow guide with quick setup instructions, an owners manual, including registration instructions with a coupon for a gift. I immediately went online to register my product and received a full bottle cleaning solution to run the clean cycles when needed. I have been using my machine for a month and have not had to run a clean cycle yet. The indicator light will illuminate when a clean cycle is needed. I really like that you can get any spare replacement part on the Ninja website. No need to worry if you break the sturdy glass Carafe, you can easily replace it at Ninja.com. Before using the unit I read all of the instructions, which I highly recommend to anyone. I ran the recommended 2 water carafe cycles and the unit was ready to go. I like that it came with complimentary filters. The unit had clearly marked instruction labels and caution labels that are removed prior to its first use. The frother is excellent. It works like a charm, easy to use. The Ninja Coffee Bar System has a clock however, it does not include seconds. It is suggested to use the frother for 30-45 seconds but there is no way to use the actual unit to time it. Of course I just do an approximation but it would have been better to have a way to time it on the unit. However, after two weeks of use I know what the milk should look like once under the frother and no longer need to time it, therefore, perhaps a timer is not really needed unless I have guests who would like to use it. The frother can be stored behind the unit optimizing counter space. I pull it out to the side of the unit while I use it then tuck it away in the back when I turn off the machine. This is a very attractive, sleek, modern looking appliance. It will certainly compliment any kitchen design. Considering all of the things it does, i.e. possible drink combinations, it is a good size for counter space. And as if that is not enough, it comes with a delicious, easy to follow, recipe book with color pictures of the recipes! For the first time in my life I have made the best tasting lattes, cappuccinos, flavored specialty coffees and ice coffee. I love ice coffee and frappes and have become at expert in my own home. Even the older adults love the frappes. Since I have this machine I have saved so much money! I no longer go to fancy coffee shops. I can make a small cup, XL cup, thermal cup, 1/2 carafe or full carafe. The unit has a useful knob to select the cup size. It also comes with a super convenient two size measuring scoop that neatly is stored on the side of the unit. That was a brilliant idea. You can get a delicious hot cup or cold coffee within 2 minutes; now that is record time. This Ninja Coffee Bar System does it all! I love this machine and highly recommend it. It is well worth the investment and with the holidays approaching, this is a great gift for family and friends or a special boss, or teacher who deserves a good gift. Even a few coworkers can chip in to give it as a gift. I am very pleased and my guests also agree that this Ninja Coffee Bar Glass Carafe System is worthy of praise and recommendation.

My husband and I are coffee snobs & this coffee maker is by far the best! We've tried them all & nothing beats the Ninja Coffee Bar. We love trying fun new things with our coffee & this product allows us to do it all, while also allowing us to make just a plain ole cup of joe if needed. We love all of the different features - single serve, XL cup (my personal favorite), travel size, half a carafe, full carafe ... the frother, over ice... all of it! So many fun things & it really impresses guests when they come over. I would recommend this product to anyone in the market for a new coffee maker. Hands down the best!

The most problematic item I have ever owned I have to clean daily

I love my Ninja!! I already got my family members to buy one as well! My ?Frappuccino? is just as good as Starbucks and I don?t have to pay the price!!

It stopped turning on. I ran out of time to return it so that was on me but it broke relatively quick. I bought a $24 Mr Coffee when the Ninja broke in 2019 and I am still using it everyday all year round!!

For me there’s nothing like a hot cup of coffee in the morning. I can make as much or as little as I need. I have not explored some of the other perks, so get back to me in a few weeks!

Injust love love love my ninja coffe bar so much one thing im having trouble with is that mine didnt came with the resusbale filter and i cannot find it anywere to but it. I need help please.

I love lattes, espresso drinks, and the occasional cup of joe, I have had my coffee bar for almost a week and have been satisfied with all my java concoctions this is a must have !!!! Easy to use, doesn't take up to much space and lightweight
