This coffee maker makes great coffee whether it is a single cup or iced coffee or lattes of a full or half pot! Really great coffee!

Shipping was wiz bang! Really quick! Just returned from road trip, so 1st pot this morning. Haven't tried the froth area.... tomorrow...maybe. Attractive and love the water reservoir!

This Ninja coffee bar can do about anything you want from brewing one cup of coffee to making nice lattes. However, the issue is that the base leaks water. I had purchased one of these machines and returned it to Sam's Club for this issue, only to have the other unit do the same thing. When I called the support line, they told me they would send me a new base but they would have to charge me $20 for shipping. I returned it to Sam's Club and got my money back for $0.00 charge.

This coffee maker is well designed and well made (see the pics I attached of the product). It also looks great on any countertop. The frothing mechanism swings out for ease of use but easily folds out of the way. It is the same with the single cup mechanism. To fill the water reservoir, one can flip up the lid or easily remove it to fill up straight from a refrigerator water filter (this is how I choose to do this). It is also a breeze to clean. One can choose a classic taste or rich brew just with a push of the right button. (I like the rich brew when adding lots of milk or chocolate, but not when drinking straight). Also, if you want to remove the carafe and pour a cup before the coffee is finished brewing, just flip a switch to stop the drip. No mess, no fuss. You can easily choose how much coffee to make just by turning a knob, which lights your choice. Overall I am not disappointed. My coffee tastes better than when using my old machine. Weird, I know. Now for the reasons I gave the item 4 instead of 5 stars. The frothing mechanism, while great, does not heat the milk. Also, you cannot make espresso using this machine. I guess for the price, I would have expected this. Bottom line though, my wife liked this so much she created a new coffee bar around this.

This makes everything from a small or large cup to a travel cup to a half or full carafe! Want a frother? Yep, it's got one! Either hot or cold! This is a pod-free system so brews ground coffee. Comes with five paper filters but also has a mesh filter if you prefer to not use paper. Comes with detailed instructions and a quick start guide to get you up and running in no time. Also includes a cute little recipe booklet for 10 coffeehouse style drinks. Who needs that coffeehouse with the star logo when you have this! Love it!

If I could rate it a minus I would ..be aware and go to their facebook page and see the number of complaints... yes it makes wonderful coffee if you can get it to work, mine lasted about 8 months which is good compared to some others who posted..I now have a clean light that won't go off (yes, I continuously cleaned it faithfully every 2 weeks) and now it takes 6-9 times of pressing the button before it brews 1/2 pot. Don't waste your money, it is too expensive to take the chance.
