We purchased a king size of this topper and all I can say is this is NOT the same product. If I could get past the smell, which smells like some sort of petroleum product I still couldn’t use it. The foam was smashed in and one size isn’t flat and the top portion is not soft. It has zero cushion to it. I don’t understand how a queen size could be so amazing and this just a disaster. Waste of $200

So soft

I returned this mattress topper today after trying it for a week. We’re in NM for work for about 10 months and the furnished house we rented has a king size bed that’s like laying on a concrete sidewalk! I went to Sam’s and bought this for $200 thinking it would help us out but it did nothing but give us back and neck pain. BAD! I like soft and cloud like and this piece of foam is nothing like that. It’s actually quite firm. If you’re looking to soften up your mattress don’t buy this one. I went online at a different store and ordered exactly what I needed which is a 3.5in down fill baffle box topper. Heavenly!!

Only had this for 2 nights and already notice a difference in my sleep. We have a good pillow top mattress but lately my hips were getting so painful halfway through the night. I could not get comfortable sleeping on either side. This topper cradles the body and gives soft support all over. My joints do not hurt in the morning and I have more energy. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the pillow top part is really just a very thick mattress pad that zips around the topper.

Short of buying a new mattress this was the next best thing. Purchased for my son who moved into student housing with a really cheap "mattress" which was really just a flimsy mat with some foam inside. Great quality. A lot heavier than I expected it to be!

Purchase this as a gift from samsclub.com. did not get a response for 2 weeks then an email saying to reorder. So I did. I've been received an email saying that it had been shipped in two days later I received another email saying it had been shipped. Guess what I got 2. The packaging was atrocious. The bottom of one of the boxes was completely unsealed I'm surprised that it arrived intact. The boxes were flimsy. However, the actual product appears to be what the person I bought it for wanted. I doubt I will ever order anything from Sam's club.com again.

Not worth the price.

I bought this hoping to help with my back and neck pain, and why I might say it is very soft and comfortable feeling initially, my back and neck have never hirt so badly in my life. I am going to the chiropractor more than I ever need to, and I am slowly realizing it's because this is extrmely soft and provides zero support. It is also incredibly hot, and I wake up sweating each night. Laslty, it moves.....I have to take the sheets off every couple of days to readjust, which is a major pain. I deeply regret spending this amount of money on this purchase.

We put these on top of all of our king and queen beds, in all of our houses, in Fredericksburg and the guests absolutely love them. They constantly provide wonderful feedback about our guest ranch (legacyranchguesthouses) and the angelic comfort of our beds. Before you buy a new mattress. Try this 4" topper first. Super quick and easy to install. Works every time.

My current mattress is a memory foam...when I sit on the edge of the bed the memory foam stays indented so when I lay down I feel like I'm going to roll off the bed. My son bought a memory foam pillow top and loves it. I layed on his be and it was firm and I liked the pillow top. So I bought the queen size memory foam pillow top for $171 and don't like it. It's just more memory foam.
