I debated for a while about buying this or getting a new mattress to replace our 7 year old Serta king. I bounced around all the beds in our house with each of children as newborns and toddlers, so when I came back to my bed it just seemed hard. Bought this and it is literally like sleeping on a cloud. The only cons is I wish it came with a zippered cover and you also have to use the sheets with deep pockets if putting on a pillow top mattress.

This mattress topper was the perfect solution for us. We had a different one that was due up for replacement that was 2" of memory foam glued to 2" of regular foam. The 2 layers had separated and would wrinkle under us and slide around on top of the mattress. This new Serta one, being 4" of just memory foam, does not wrinkle, and is not slipping on top of the mattress. My husband is sleeping so much better. Some have asked if it was really soft and would you sink down in, but I do not find that to be the case. I can turn over easily and don't wake with sore hips or shoulders like I do on just a regular mattress. Well worth the investment and brings new life to your mattress.

I’ve had this topper for nearly 2 years and am still in love. I was prompted to get this because my niece had a bed topper but it was a gift and she couldn’t remember the brand. I was on the verge of buying a new mattress because my bed was so uncomfortable, but decided to give a topper a shot because her bed was super comfortable. Y’all. Best decision ever! I cannot wait to get back home from trips to lay in my bed. The cover is really easy to clean/launder, and there was no overwhelming smell when I first opened it.

Great topper for dorm room mattress! Made a world of difference for my 165 lb., 6 ft. son and it’s very reasonably priced. Packaging was a bit sloppy with crushed box upon arrival and I thought about returning it but it made no difference in final result. Definitely a keeper and highly recommend.

Disappointed in the way this was received (in a large brown cardboard box, not packaged all together. Also, it was too soft, not a firm section of the topper as shown on the website. Prefer a firm or extra firm mattress, which is the reason we purchased this topper in the first place. This was not the fault of Sam's Club and it may have been that we ordered incorrectly from the website.

I had a fairly new memory foam mattress that I think may have been a little too firm for me. So, I purchase this topper based on things I read in the reviews, and 2 weeks in, I am getting a much more sound sleep. To me, it's like sleeping in a cloud. Because of really obnoxious snoring issues the past 40+ years, my husband and I have separate rooms. Now he wants a topper for his bed, though I doubt it will do much for his snoring. This was a way cheaper route than a whole new mattress or trying an adjustable frame (which was my next thing to try). I feel way more rested now in the morning. And I actually sleep 4 or more hours at a time without waking up.

We bought a one sided pillow top matress about 6 years ago for 1k+. We were experiencing dips in the bed since we could only rotate it 180 not flipping. Its an ugly thing to do to pay so much for a product that gets only half the life now. So we flipped the mattress and it was very hard but equally flat fresh start. We added the foam topper and pillow cover and its very lovely. The box it came in was not marked and only a sheet of paper that says serta on it so who knows it might be a knock off but it has done its job very well. Its been a few weeks and its comfy as a new mattress for only $200. It had a small oder the first night. And it sleeps a little warm as well but i still say 5 stars this is exactly what you need if you dont want to buy another mattress right away.

We rented a motorhome for a two week vacation and got this to use just for the two weeks and it was worth every penny. The motorhome only had a very firm pad covered with vinyl. This on top of that was fantastic, the cover that comes with it was very nice and made the bed cool to sleep on, on the hot nights. But the cold night we were warm. There is a need to air it out for two weeks but after that no smell at all. I did have to open the window to the room I was using to air it out. After the two week I gave it to my daughter and she loves it.

The actual pad & quilted topper are great! I’d give that 5 stars! However the mattress cover isn’t like a fitted sheet. You actually put your mattress in it. It did NOT fit. We got it most of the way on & were able to zip 3 sides. I KNOW I ordered the correct size but this cover was way too small. It’s says it will fit a mattress up to 17 inches. My son’s mattress plus the pad are only 12 inches but it still doesn’t fit. That part gets a 1 star!

Yes, The memory foam did smell, but frankly not so much that it couldn't have gone on the bed straight out of the box. Left it unrolled to air out 2 nights--no odor issue at all. Easy to put on the bed, plenty of fabric to go under the mattress, and more importantly, very comfortable
