Not happy

I bought this mattress pad and went to wash it and had to pull strings off of the pad. This took me about an hour. I was shocked this happened. Serta why did this happen? Not a great product.

Features look great

Haven't made a purchase so I can't rate it. Is this extra firm or firm because I don't like medium or soft? Won't let me post without rating. From wat I've read I'll give it a 3. Still need my question answered.

Would it work for a 5th wheel king size bed?

Constant Adjustment

I hate that I have to constantly adjust this topper. Very irritating.
