Mattress topper was soft but unfortunately too warm. Both my wife and I found we were sweating from this after adding it and slept better after removing it from my bed. The topper was also about 2 inches smaller for both length and width that our mattress

THE WORST CHEMICAL SMELL IN MY HOUSE FROM THIS MATRESS. OPENED ALL MY WINDOWS AND THE SMELL STILL LINGERS. AIRED IT ALL DAY IN THE YARD IN THE OPEN AIR, STILL STINKS. GAVE US A BAD HEADACE. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! NOT EASY TO RETURN. HOW DO YOU PACKAGE UP A CUMBERSOME MATRESS AT HOME FOR RETURN, NOT COMING BACK IN MY HOUSE. I RATHER SLEEP ON THE GROUND THAN INHALE THAT HIGH CHEMICAL SMELL ALL NIGHT. ITS SHOULD BE CONSIDERED DAMAGED GOODS.

A couple years ago I ordered a mattress set from Sam's Club. I didn't go with a pillowtop (which I've always had) and I just hate it....too hard. Fine for hubby but my hips just didn't seem to like it at all. Had a hard time sleeping and always woke up with aches....anyhow, decided to get this and see if it helped. (tried a 2" foam topper previously which did nothing to help).... but this, THIS is amazing.....I am so happy that I got it! Hubby doesn't seem to mind it at all and I'm finally getting a good nights sleep. I wake up with no hip pain. It does what it claims and I would recommend this topper to anyone who thinks their bed is too firm and wants a comfy night of sleep. Good job Serta! "zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz"

I have had this topper for a month and absolutely love it. No more sore spots, it cuddles you, I love climbing into bed at night. Be sure to read the instructions, (I didn't) and made it much more difficult to put on the bed than it would have if I had read the instructions.

This mattress is not for everyone... i got it to buy me some time to get a new mattress. It's really a good 4'.. now when i unboxed it i was a little concern but after it sat for a minute to breath it worked well. It comes with a pad cover because it really help shapes the pad. Now, this ia truly a memory foam so when you lay on it, it sinks the body in. I must say that this thing has kept me in bed because i was so comfortable and did not want to get up. Now I'm a side sleeper and all though it's really comfortable my head and body is not inlined and I'm sure i will be sore over time. I plan to return it because of that, also do it doe the extra 4' my sheets really don't fit all the way over it and the actual mattress, it also raises how how your mattress is due to extra 4'. Overall it's definitely comfortable and makes you feel snug but since I'm a side sleeper and I'm not inlined, i rather return now rather than later.. Fyi.. if you try and return this 1 the store will not take it back so you have to mail it back which they give you label but it will NOT fit back on the box so you will have to pay for a new box so it can go in🤦🏾‍♀️$30 to send it back via FedEx. They can send you something via bulged out but you can't ship it back like that... so beware before buying.

I bought a king size about a month again and it is so soft I hate it, I sink way down and it is very uncomfortable. If you need a soft topper it’s great but I need something firmer. I have purchased toppers before from Sams club that were former but this one is too soft, I will be returning to Sams clib

This is a great product! Like other reviewers, this is saving us from purchasing a new mattress at this time! My sore hips and joints are gone! Even our neck pain has improved. The downside..,,,my son wants to sleep in my bed every night now! Time to buy one for him!

I bought this because I bought a mattress in a box & it felt okay but I wanted to feel like i’m almost sinking in my bed, bought a featherbed before this and it went flat! So I decided to try this mattress pad read all the reviews and debated, finally bought it, I couldn’t love it more, my boyfriend came straight home and fell asleep within 5 mins! DEF BUY IF YOU WANT SOMETHING SOFT!!!

I purchased this with hopes of making my firm mattress soft and I can say that this did the trick! I fell asleep immediately and was comfortable all night. It even stayed cool, which is nice when it comes to memory foam. I felt like I slept in a cloud all night and didn't hurt at all when I woke up. I wish I would have found this years ago! Thank you Serta for making me sleep better and not wake up in pain!

This product arrived very tightly wrapped and in two parts. As I laid in bed tonight, I wondered what I was smelling and thought maybe the pad was gassing out. But then I started having difficulty breathing and finally it occurred to me that I was smelling...MILDEW!! Really really strong mildew. I woke up my husband worried that prolonged exposure could prove harmful and we pulled / dragged the stinking behemoth off the bed. An hour later and I still couldn't take a breath without coughing. We only spent a few hours on it, but it was uncomfortable after about 30 minutes... I do not recommend purchasing this item.
