I bought this Sams.com and like another reviewer, the product I received is not a Serta. I have a Serta twin and the one I received in CalKing is not the same, beside the tag says something other than Serta! Unfortunately I took the wrapper off the foam part, but I don't care, it'll be a pain in the butt to return to store 40 miles away, but it will get tied down with bungee cords and back to the store it goes!

I bought this, because my husband was complaining that the mattress was too firm. I put it on and yes, it is soft, but the smell of strong chemicals is so much, that it is hard to get over it. I would hope that the smells gets out or it will have to be a return.

The box itself didnt come in the greatest of shape. The foam padding had a tear in it upon unrollong and the mattress cover had a hole. It was also coming apart ay many of the seams. I was very disappointed especially after spending almost $200 dollars!!!

I purchased this topper in a king at the store and it did not fully inflate. It is still compressed in a large area. Also, the topper is shedding/ breaking down - you touch it and grits stick to you fingers. It is defective. This is impossible to repackage in the box to return or transport in a regular vehicle once opened.

We bought a firm bed in a box 2 years ago and it was great for the 1st yr. Then it just went down from there. We could feel the middle support of the frame through the matress and it didnt matter what we did one of us always felt like we were sleeping on a slope. I have severe MS so it is hard for me to move in the bed and could never find a comfortable spot for more than a few minuets. So I am tossing and turning all night. I was worried about adding memory foam to our bed as it made it very hard to move when we tried it a few years back. But this topper is a wonderful. While the height added to the bed makes it harder to transfer from my wheelchair once I got situated I fell right to sleep and didn't move till the alarm went off. Not one single joint hurt or did my spine feel twisted out of shape as it has all week. It is very soft to the touch but adds the needed support. It is harder to get situated at first but well worth it in the end. I was able to lay on my back for several minuets, without the normal sever spine collapsing pain and able to get dressed in bed and roll over when I wanted to just as I did before the topper was added and no extra effort was needed.

I purchased this topper on 6/15/17 and put it on top of my Sleep Number C2 mattress which did not have much foam. Since then it's like sleeping on a cloud and I get the best sleep ever. Now did I mention I saved some $1200 by not upgrading to a P6 mattress from Sleep Number, and actually got an additional 1" more foam. Do the numbers, $899 C2 +$149 for topper, P6 Sleep Number $2299, Cha Ching, big savings. Try it you will like it...just saying.

This is great if you want a good memory foam soft sleep for a good price. I'm happy with this purchase. It's very soft. Comes with a cover you zip over the memory foam topper pad which is comfortable. I couldn't give it 5 stars because it will slowly move. If you get in and out of your bed a few times it will start to move off the mattress even with a good fitted sheet over it all. I overlook that though because I do enjoy the sleep I get with it on my bed.

Great product. Granted I have only used it one night but what a difference one night makes from a firm saggy mattress that i have to a soft yet strong memory foam. This is so comfortable for me. Comes with a washable sheet cover for the plush. My back ached everyday and last nights sleep didnt give me any pain

Apparently $179 + Tax is the cost of a good night sleep. We bought a premium quality king size mattress about a year ago and have never gotten a good nights rest on it. We tried a few different mattress toppers but none seem to help until this one. The first night with this topper I slept through the night which I haven't done in over a year. No more aches and pains, just a good nights sleep.

I got this mattress topper for my back as my mattress is too firm. I’ve had two spine surgeries and was really looking forward to the contour from the memory foam. It was too much!! I couldn’t sleep on my sides because my legs kept going numb, I couldn’t sleep on my stomach and when I slept on my back, I felt like I was folding into the foam. Maybe i would’ve adjusted if I was able to give it more time..... but the foam topper had the most ungodly smell and it would not dissipate for anything! I would wake up in the morning and my clothes would reek of the smell. It didn’t even smell like plastic, like I was expecting it to, it smelled like an old mildewed basement.
