Bought this last month to spruce up our not so comfortable guest bed. So far we’ve had 2 visitors stay over and they both slept great. I like that the cover is removable for washing. It’s a good buy.

Our 1 year old Casper mattress is too hard for us and we were on the verge of throwing it out. Replaced a 2" topper we had before and this made all the difference. Saved us from buying a new mattress up to now.

I bought the topping to soften a very firm mattress: mission accomplished. However, I give off a lot of natural body heat: it traps my body heat. Should work well in the winter.

This topper is like great. It added enough padding to the top of the camper mattress so that it wasn't hard anymore and was very comfortable to lay on.

So soft and comfortable. I’m sleeping better and wake up in the same position as I went to sleep. Only negative to that is that it is hard to slide around as you do sink into it forming your body form. I like it.👍

I have back problems and was hoping the Serra pillow topper would assist as my mattress is so firm and uncomfortable but I didn’t notice a difference so ended up returning this product.

We bought at the spur of the moment to sleep on in the back of our SUV one night, and now it's on our bed. It makes fancy hotels less exciting now, as we haven't slept on any bed since that is as comfortable as ours at home!

This is awesome! Just like sleeping in a cloud. Our sleep number bed is wonderful but it just needed a little something extra. This is definitely the answer!

I bought this top for the Tempur-Pedic mattress which costed $5500, was absolutely a disaster on my back, couldn’t sleep at all! This Serta 4” top is a game changer! My back doesn’t hurt anymore!

When we first receives our topper, we put the foam into the cover and zipped it up and the zipper pull came right off the end. It had not been sewn at the end. I contacted Serta and they immediately sent out a new cover. Great customer service.
