This is NOT REURNABLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I have to file my complaint with the BBB. Both SERTA and SAMS CLUB have refused to take this UNOPENED MATTRESS COVER THAT LOOKS LiKE IT HAS BEEN URINATED ON BACK!        I'll NEVER ORDER ONLINE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

I've suffered from neck and back pain for over 5 years almost to the point that I could barely stand up straight.  I quit seeing a chiropractor because I only felt better for a couple of days after my appointments and then have pain again.  One night on this mattress topper and I feel like a new person!  I've had this topper for a couple of weeks now and my pain is gone and I feel so much more energetic.  I read the reviews before my purchase and thought some sounded too good to be true.  This is the best purchase I've ever made.
