I returned this mattress topper today after trying it for a week. We’re in NM for work for about 10 months and the furnished house we rented has a king size bed that’s like laying on a concrete sidewalk! I went to Sam’s and bought this for $200 thinking it would help us out but it did nothing but give us back and neck pain. BAD! I like soft and cloud like and this piece of foam is nothing like that. It’s actually quite firm. If you’re looking to soften up your mattress don’t buy this one. I went online at a different store and ordered exactly what I needed which is a 3.5in down fill baffle box topper. Heavenly!!

We purchased a king size of this topper and all I can say is this is NOT the same product. If I could get past the smell, which smells like some sort of petroleum product I still couldn’t use it. The foam was smashed in and one size isn’t flat and the top portion is not soft. It has zero cushion to it. I don’t understand how a queen size could be so amazing and this just a disaster. Waste of $200

If you have back problems and you want to sleep on the floor this is the way to go. In my case I put some exercise mats on the floor and put this mattress over with the cover that comes with it and that's it, you have a firm bed and believe me many of your back problems will disappear.
