This was used on top of a hospital bed and it made a huge difference for my sister. She was a lot more comfortable since she was bedridden.

I love the pillow top that can be washed in the washer and dried thats a big deal. I Purchased this to replace one that I had for over 12 years.

Very comfortable. But the size is not the same as king size bed 3” short he’d to toe But for the price great buy.
