I really enjoyed our Sert 4 inch pillow top for our KING size bed, however the one we purchased months later for our queen size guest room bed does not have the same 'securing' cover over the mattress. So, it shifts a lot. Not a HUGE deal, but would help if the company made it the same as they do the King-size version... Otherwise, the topper made our sleep SO comfortable for our king size bed and better for the queen. I would give the comfort level a 5 star rating.

Not what we expected, but in a good way. I’ve traditionally needed a stiff mattress for my beds and was reluctant to put this on our bed, but I was looking for something that would help my wife’s back. The first night was strange, to say the least, but it was not uncomfortable at all. Quite the contrary, I think I slept better than I had in a long time. Now after a week with it, I have to admit, we’ll never do without one again. Now to see how long it lasts, that’s yet to be seen, but so far this thing is fantastic.

I was given a California king mattress that was still in excellent shape. The only downside my daughter told me was that it was FIRM and she recommended I get a mattress pad. We went to our Sam's store and saw a sample of this 4 in pad and knew this was it! Since they didn't have our size in stock, we ordered it. Very happy with it! Husband now says he hates getting up in the morning because the bed feels so good!

I bought a Zinus 12” innerspring and foam mattress through Sams and found it was a bit firm, making my neck and back sore. Others said the same thing, so got a recommendation on a mattress topper snd chose the 4” Serta memory foam. Sleeps SO much better now.

I compared prices, plus thickness and qualities, of several different brands and companies. I’m so glad that I settled on this particular cushion topper. Having recent knee replacement surgery, I’ve had to sleep on a downstairs couch which was somewhat uncomfortable. Putting this topper on top of the couch was a game changer for me. It’s so soft and luxurious, but also keeps its form. I’m able to sleep well because the couch itself feels more evened out and supported, but again super soft. You won’t regret this purchase.

"Serta 4" Pillow-Top and Memory Foam Mattress Topper" -- The mattress only came with a pillow top w an attached mattress cover with no foam. i waited a few days for the pillow top/foam to expand, but did not expand. returned the item.. so disappointed, plus the box was in terrible shape and took a long time to arrive.

We bought a firm mattress from Sam's a month ago. It was so firm my spouse and I were waking up with sore backs. The pillow topper has made sleeping a dream. It is so soft and warm and comfortable. We can roll and move during the night and we just melt into the foam. Worth every penny

We've had this topper for several weeks now. Wife thinks it's ok. But the jury is still out for me. Lucky You, she wanted me to write the review. She enjoys that her elbow pains have subsided but are not gone. I on the other hand get lost in the foam. I sonk down onto it and the air can't circulate around me so I end up sweating all night long. I get so lost in there that it makes it hard to roll over. Once I lat down basically, that will be my position for the night! In the morning it is even worse. Takes me 3 or 4 tries to get up using a rocking motion, Just to situp to get off the mattress. Another thing is that the edges seem rounded so I always feel like I'm going to fall off the bed. So a lack of sleep trying to get cool and the extra exercise to get out of bed in the morning are pluses I guess. On a more positive note 180.00 dollars to make the wife happy seems cheap!

This mattress topper and pillow top are more than we ever hoped for! We were in the process of looking for a new King mattress as our old one had become WAY too firm for our aging bodies. Instead of making a huge investment, we decided to give this topper a try first. I was so happy to be able to sleep through the night without waking up constantly and trying to get comfortable without pressure on the hips and shoulder. We don't need a new mattress after all with the addition of this topper.

This mattress topper is amazing. My husband and I were shopping for a new mattress when I came across this mattress topper. So I thought I’ll give it a try and we’ll see if it helps prolong the life out of mattress a while until we have the funds to afford the mattress we want. This topper did not disappoint. I’ve truly had much better sleep with this topper than I’ve had in the past couple of years. The only complaint I have is now I have to buy new sheets with deeper pockets due to the topper adding 4 inches to my mattress height. And that’s not really a complaint
