We bought this May 28th. It is super comfortable for both my husband and I but simply way too hot for me. I'm having an awful time sleeping at night. What are the rules for returning? Would I be able to return this? Is there something comparable but with a cooling effect?

The queen size fits perfectly. It was not difficult to get the zipper cover on it and zipped. It was not difficult to get used to it. It was comfortable from the first time I got in bed. I did let the topper air out for several days before putting on my bed.

Zipper broke first time putting it on. It’s extremely comfortable, I don’t want to get out of bed. It is however too soft for my husbands back. The only thing I don’t like about this topper is that it slides off the bed EVERY.SINGLE.NIGHT. I am constantly pulling it back up to the headboard and its very annoying. The bottom of the cover has grippy dots on it to help it stay put and for some reason it refuses to! I love how comfortable it makes my bed but I cannot stand how much it moves especially on a CAL-KING. Would I recommend? Idk. If you have a footboard yes.

This foam topper is very comfortable but gets HOT! And the fiber pillow top makes it even hotter. When you lay on it, the foam encases you and keeps you nice & snug, which might be a little disconcerting if you are not used to being engulfed by foam. I weight 170 lbs. and am a side-sleeper and tend to sleep hot. Foam is a great insulator, so throughout the night my body heat had absolutely nowhere to go and I would wake up hot and unable to fall back asleep. So if you tend to sleep cold, this might be a good topper for you. However if you sleep hot like I do, then you've been warned.

I don’t normally ever review stuff however I decided to review this because of how hesitant I was to buy it since it cost so much money. I can tell you that the money for this is 100% worth it. My bed feels brand new and I sleep so much better. It’s soft but not to daft it’s just right

This topper has been airing out for 2 days now..we had to put it in the garage because it has such a strong odor. It was permeating the entire house and we both had headaches. I've never had a topper smell this strong of chemical (off-gassing?) We definitely can't use it yet...I'm cautiously optimistic. Otherwise, I guess it'll go back to Sam's. If we can get the smell down, I will revise my rating.

I returned this mattress topper today after trying it for a week. We’re in NM for work for about 10 months and the furnished house we rented has a king size bed that’s like laying on a concrete sidewalk! I went to Sam’s and bought this for $200 thinking it would help us out but it did nothing but give us back and neck pain. BAD! I like soft and cloud like and this piece of foam is nothing like that. It’s actually quite firm. If you’re looking to soften up your mattress don’t buy this one. I went online at a different store and ordered exactly what I needed which is a 3.5in down fill baffle box topper. Heavenly!!

I absolutely love the soft, thick comfort of this mattress! I would recommend it to my friends. However, there is a toxic, chemical odor that prevents this product from receiving 5 stars! If you have lung issues or are sensitive to odors, DO NOT buy this product. We thought about returning it because of the strong odor and the lung issues it caused, but decided against after reading that most of these mattresses have that issue. Would love recommendations on how to get rid of the odor permanently, otherwise it's a bust buy!!

I was reluctant to purchase this because I am am a naturally cold sleeper and was afraid I would get even colder. My husband, however, is a warm sleeper so I was willing to try it out. I woke up sweating like a hooker in church. My husband couldn't make it through the night and ended up in his recliner. Makes for a long work day. Returning ASAP.

We've been needing one of this for awhile to take up the extra space of our oversized fitted bed sheet. I was apprehensive after reading some reviews about the smell. The funky chemical smell was present, but dissipated after about 2 or 3 days. I'm giving it 4 stars because it's exactly what I expected and does exactly what I expected. 5 stars are for things that surprise me.
