Serta 4" Fiberfill & Gel Memory Foam Pillow Top Mattress Topper, Assorted Sizes

I bought this on March 8 2023. Says 4" ours started at 3" never made it past 3". I contacted Serta they said take it back to Sam's to exchange.

Don't buy

This is a really great mattress topper! I wake up feeling very refreshed with no hip or back pain!
Great for side sleepers. Put on top of too firm mattress and love the comfort.
No odor at all, easy to unbox and set up.

Very comfortable

After sleeping on this topper for 3 nights I am going to have to return it. I have woke up after a couple hours of sleep every night with heat radiating from the topper. i would only recommend this topper for winter months.

VERY HOT

First day I bought zipper broke putting cover on mattress. It will not stay on my mattress at all and I cant sleep with it sliding off.   Bought last Saturday and had to take it off 2 days later.

It just won’t stay

I bought this to go on top of a form mattress that was a little too firm for my opinion! This topper feels like sleeping in a cloud! Perfectly plush and supportive! No slip, I’m not sure why that is happening to anyone.

Bought two of these and had same result! First one I returned because it wouldn’t decompress (had big divots in it and there were areas that were so compressed they looked melted). Thinking I got a bad one I exchanged for another. Same result! I followed instructions and gave it plenty of time ( 5 days)but it was un unusable. What a pain to stuff it back in box …TWICE! Sam’s was very good about refunding my money though.

Compression problem

This mattress topper provides the perfect balance between snuggly comfort and support.  I have used it for a week and have been sleeping better and more soundly during that time.  My mattress without the topper was fine but it did not have a pillow top.  The addition of the topper has added the cocooning effect of a pillow top but with the added support and benefits of memory foam.  I highly recommend the product.
