I have bought a dozen toppers over the years with college kids moves etc.  I saw this in club and thought Serta perfect.  The worse ever.  It doesn't even get close to the normal size.  Large areas when it never expanded. Now I have to lug this back to store to return.  This really is the worst product ever purchased.  So disappointed.

defective?

Packaging was pretty terrible. The shipping box was half open and the items didn't even arrive in a serta box inside the shipping box. The topper wasn't even in a waterproof bag. Just exposed to the elements in a brown shipping box. 

Shipping complaints side, it is very comfortable. Now I just gotta find a fitted sheet to go over the mattress+ topper. 

Also: the plush cover in the box only goes on the topper. It does not go on the mattress and topper together. I figured that out after about an hour of struggling.

It is like sleeping on a cloud! Helps with the pressure points not hurting as bad! Well worth the money.

Best purchase

Someone recommended thud mattress topper and I’ve been in love since the 1st night. I’ve slept peacefully since then. You won’t be disappointed!

This has made my bed so comfortable and my sleep is so good that sometimes I just go lay in bed for a few minutes to feel good.

Should have just not purchased

This topper was scrunched into a box and we have never been able to get it straightened out. It is twisted and contorted. We followed the instructions but it never flattened. We even googled for a solution and application of heat from a hair dryer was suggested. We have tried this repeatedly but it has not made a difference. I need to return this to Sam's for a refund.

We got our Serta pillow top, memory foam toppers the end of December. We have an adjustable bed system with two extra long twin mattresses make our king bed. The toppers were very easy to add to our existing mattresses. We could sleep on them that same night with no odor from the foam, and they were nicely plumped to their 4” fullness within hours. They are so comfortable!! We have been sleeping on them for nearly a month, and we have no complaints of any kind. For those that might want to know, the toppers do work very well on adjustable beds. It is easy to recommend this product.
