The name has always reminded me of the movie ‘The Last Unicorn’ where the Red Bull was always relentlessly going after the unicorn. Red Bull gives that burst of energy that helps me feel like I can relentlessly go after my day.

It’s the perfect amount the perfect amount of bubbles it’s convenient and it gives me a clean energy feel it doesn’t give me any jitters overall I really love the brand.

I like how it has 100% of the daily value of niacin, which is a vitamin I try and take a lot of. The only negative is the amount of sugar, which is over half of the daily value. I like how the can is very sturdy and won’t crease. I also like how the can is skinny and tall, it makes it easy to carry around.

That said, it’s not something I can drink all the time. I’ve noticed that sometimes it gives me a bit of a fast heartbeat or that “jittery” feeling, especially if I haven’t eaten or if I drink it too quickly. Because of that, I’d say people with heart issues or sensitivity to caffeine should be careful or avoid it. Overall, it’s great but definitely in moderation.
