It does not have a lot of caffeine, just like 1 cup of coffee and for me is enough to drink 1 at 4 and go to sleep well at night . I just don’t like the flavor , it tastes like medicine, I guess it’s the red bull taste. It need to try the ones with different flavors because I feel like there are other energy drinks in the market that tastes better .

This still helps with boosting alertness and reducing fatigue. One of my to go and favorite if i need that boost for a day!
