It comes in small can which makes it easy to carry and drink on the go mini student athlete in busy work workers drink Red Bull when they need a extra focus or energy the caffeine in it can help you feel more awake and alert for a short time however is best to drink it in because too many caffeine can make some people very drowsy and restless

I think the regular version makes me way too jittery, which is why I only gave it 3 stars.
