The name has always reminded me of the movie ‘The Last Unicorn’ where the Red Bull was always relentlessly going after the unicorn. Red Bull gives that burst of energy that helps me feel like I can relentlessly go after my day.

I love how simple the Red Bull ingredients are, as too many energy drinks are packed with extra sugars and filler. It’s easy to drink alongside food, unlike many other brands that are meant to taste like candy.

I needed the extra caffeine today and I got to try the original Red Bull. I’ve had some of the other flavors but I do like this one a lot, it is reminiscent of a certain candy I can’t put my finger on and I really enjoy that. It’s not a giant can but it does pack a punch and I could definitely feel the caffeine. I like the can size, it’s an amount I can easily finish as I’m typically a sipper and sometimes things go flat before I can finish them. I’ll definitely pick up more of these when I need more of a pick me up than soda can give.
