Got a sample of this when I bought my Keurig brewer, figured I would give it a try. I prefer lighter roasts/breakfast blends, and even though this is called extra bold it was one of the best cups of coffee I have had. It didn't have the strong overpowering flavor I find a lot of the extra bold blends tend to have. I really enjoyed it and bought an entire box of it.

Drink coffee on occassion during the winter months. Friends and family purchase a Keurig coffee machine, so husband and I decided to try it out. This is a great cup of coffee. Have to say it beats any real donut shop coffee. Now I can't go a day without having a warm cup of joe on my way to work.

This is a good coffee and one that I would recommend. Pleasing aroma in the morning gets your attention. However, once in the mouth I notice that the aroma doesn't match the taste. Although smooth, it's watery feeling and not quite as tasty as you would think. Not at all saying it's a bad coffee, but if you like a bold cup of morning coffee, you can do better.

Although the website presents this coffee as "extra bold," I notice the K-cup package makes no such claim. "Extra weak" might be a better description because it tasted pretty much like lightly-flavored water. I do like a strong cup of coffee, but I also appreciate less bold roasts with good coffee flavor. This coffee did not meet that requirement, and I'm glad I tried it in a free sample.

This tastes exactly look good, strong donut shop/breakfast place coffee. I've only had my Keurig for a day, but this is the best of the half-dozen or so I've sampled. I prefer a good medium roast, just like Goldilocks. Not too strong and not too weak. I primarily drink decaf due to health restrictions, but this is a fine caffeinated medium roast.

This is one of the better blends I have tried. It has a good flavor. Requires only a little creamer. Can have a bit of an acidic aftertaste. Not very bitter and slightly sweet tasting. Tends to grow more acidic the longer you leave it sitting out. The used k-cup smells a bit burnt when it is finished brewing.(More so then others) Although there is no burnt taste. I will continue to buy this coffee. It is a good base blend coffee when you don't want to have any complex or sophisticated flavorings.

I loved this coffe I even went so far to buy a huge box from big box store spent $40 dollars something I've never done before. The coffee was terrible nothing like the ones I brought out of the store. I thought it was a bad batch since I can't stomach the tast I brought small packages from two different stores tasted fine but the last box I brought tasted the same as big box chain store. I realize there must have been a formula change or bad quality control. Will no longer waste my money buying anymore. It was the only coffee I ever liked for Keurig. Going back to my percolator.

When I first got my Keurig I was really disappointed in the choices at of pods at the grocery. They all seemed to be watery or weak. I read a lot of reviews about this coffee and decided to try it. Now, Donut Shop is the only product I order. My husband and I, and so far anyone who has tried a cup at our house, LOVE how smooth and bold but not bitter this coffee is.

This use to be MY favorite coffee and when I ordered the last box, it tasted terrible! I called and was told only the label changed - not so!I I thought it was just me, but after reading other reviews I know now it isn't just me! I want the one I have been ordering for over two years now. I guess I will have to now look elsewhere :(

Perfect blend of flavor and boldness for people who like a stronger cup of coffee but not so strong that it puts hair on your chest. I used to have a major brand favorite until I tried this. Will keep trying others, but will not run out of this. I've never tried it black, I'm a cream and sugar user.
