Really like the overall performance and picture/video clarity. This is a time delay seems like from actual time something is happening and it alerting, but that is not too big of an issue since it definitely captures everything. The batteries needed to be charged, but we have been using for a week now and the charged battery life seem to be lasting very well.

I bought this about a week ago and there are already problems. First off the lag is ridiculous. I have 300 mb up and download on fiber and it takes anywhere from 8-20 seconds to pull up live video while at home. I can no longer disable the cameras individually so now when I mow the grass I have 80 alerts waiting for me. Ive tried unplugging the unit and also resetting through the app, nothing works. The setup is easy, the only reason for 2 stars. Supremely disappointing and will never buy another arlo product. So irritated by the lack of performance I've already ordered a replacement. Waste of 400 bucks. Thanks Arlo.

the item was advertised as NEW. when it was almost completely connected. i discovered it was REFURBISHED (the new way of saying USED) Walmart has been our “go to” place since it opened in our town when i was a child in the fifties it felt like some kind of betrayal some people may find that to be amusing, others may understand it is somehow shocking and mostly sad

Had a few issues with setup needed to contact Arlo several times, but all got resolved. Another issue with one of the 3 cameras only to realize it was mounted to close to the wall. Spoke to Arlo on this issue and with hours of talking about it a competent customer rep. should have inquired, but it was my realization that relocated the camera. Overall, I am very happy with the product.
