If I hadn't already invested $150 more into this system (buying solar panels to keep the batteries charged, a new dual battery charger and gutter mounts) I would be returning it. I was hoping to catch the videos on my Alexa enabled Fire TV but there is no longer an app for that. The only thing I can do is either use my phone or log in on my computer if I want to see the cameras. The the other part that scares me is that Microsoft will not be carrying nor supporting Adobe Flash player it apparently needs to show these videos...then what? Netgear needs to step it up and provide us with some support. I'm still tempted to return it and go with a different system. To read about the Arlo Pro 2, it all sounds so promising.
