I replace the original Arlo's I had and this is a great buy for the price. I caught them 100$ off and it was a bargain. I like the upgrade from the basic Arlo.

I'm giving it a 3 star due to the fact it's impossible to figure out how to get the most out of them without a user manual and it's impossible to find one. After an hour and finally chatting they gave me a link. I don't like community support because sometimes people don't actually read your questions and just answers. Overall they are easy to set up and get running but to specialize them it's not easy to find the info.. Mine has 2 usb ports and so I attached an external hard drive to USB 1 that didn't work. Forty-five minutes later on the chat it turns on USB 1 is in active and you have to use USB 2. May be little things but it does come down to customer satisfaction. Day light video is fantastic but night time is hard to see the people.

I had trouble syncing the base, but once I reset it, it synced. I wish the cameras came with a side mount instead of just one rear mount.

Works better than advertised. I did have issues setting it up but after contacting Arlo, we got it resolved. They were great to work with on line.

Great product. Works exactly like it advertises. If you want cameras to monitor your property this is for you.

So far, so good for operation. I needed to search for a number to call for technical support and then reset the home base.

Cameras were so easy to install and the camera work very well. Pick up motion quickly the video quality is amazing. Buy them you won't retreat it.

The purchanse price was reduced by more than $50 a month after I purchased the item. So feel like I overpayed.

Initial problem setting up had to factory reset and then a breeze after that. Only be up 2 days but no complaints good quality picture.

Very good day time view, but dark view is limited and batteries do not hold charge but about 30 days
