I searched for a specific NEW item that was getting scarce. This reseller, that has as many 1 ratings as any other rating sent me a beat up used item and knew it. The item I wanted is now more scarce and the price is about $100 more (I got 1 less camera for the same price). This horribly rated reseller knew it because they included a revised invoice reflecting the price for a used item. Walmart made it right after I could not reach Inferior (definitely NOT superior) that made no attempt to make it right. They have earned every one of their 1 star ratings. In summary; unauthorized replacement with old (NOT refurbished or renewed) item it was clear they never had and their follow up was non existent. Let me say it again, as many 1 star ratings as 5 star ratings and mine would have been a minus 1 due to more than one substandard action.

Packaging looked brand new when purchased from the warehouse. However, when I opened it there was a certified refurbished sticker on the base station. The plastic had already been removed off of one of the camera lenses and I was missing instalation screws for that one camera. Additionally, had problems sinking the camera to the base station as one of the cameras had been previously synced. I had to reset the pay station several times to get it to work. Received a used product packaged in a new box.

Easy to set up and use. No tools. Customer service very easy to work with and answered all my technical questions. Camera units have excellent range and the charge has lasted for weeks now. Picture quality is very good, and night time view has much better range than my game cameras.

This is my second set, Now I can have 5 camera's watching my property with a spare on charge. Earlier problems have been addressed and now Arlo has the best system out there! Range of the camera is very good.

2 sets of these were sent to me and i had to deal with sending them bach I was told there was some sort of issue with walmart and amazon and the cameras not working

I absolutely love the cameras. Clear night vision and great daytime picture. Motion sensor works like a charm. Also the 2 way audio is a great addition to the cameras.

Works much better than expected, due to so many other reviews. I have one camera 150 ft away from the house and the reception is great. Two way sound, zoom and great video.

I replace the original Arlo's I had and this is a great buy for the price. I caught them 100$ off and it was a bargain. I like the upgrade from the basic Arlo.

The shipper gave no thought about packing. Box thrown in an old beat up Amazon box with no padding or protection of this system. Went across country bonding around in the beat up Amazon box. Then went to install

The lack of a DVD hookup destroyed a primary need to look at historical data. The need to pass for storage in the cloud to be able to see historical data was a killer.
