Hydrating but caused severe thinning/shedding of my hair.

When you changed humectress, you changed the fragrance - it is terrible and the product does not work well after this change.

I'm so sad that you have changed this wonderful product. The old fragrance was one of the best ever. Hope you will change it back.

Not the same as the original. I am now looking for a new conditioner. Please bring back the original formula!!!

my hair was getting thinner and losing a lot. but since i changed my shmpoo to nexxus it stopped doing that.

You can't go wrong with this conditioner if you need a lot of moisture in your hair, great for course, thick hair.

I have been using this product for over 32 years and nothing compares to this conditioner! It is my one MUST have in life!

Poor conditioning item, do not like the smell, not the Nexxus I have grown to love over the last 25 years. Love the older version much better!

My hair is not shiny, just limp and rough with the new formula Humectress. I guess I'll be searching for a new conditioner.
