I am so glad I am not the only one who has noticed a change in the quality and value of this conditioner. I've been strictly using Humectress conditioner for 20 years, it's been the only conditioner I've found that works perfectly for my thin curly hair. The "Ultimate Moisture" formula is thin, grainy, and leaves my hair feeling dry and brittle. I'm still trying to find a replacement conditioner, but haven't found one yet. The ones I use now are still better than the Ultimate Moisture. I will NEVER use this one again, complete waste of money.

I stumbled on this brand when I was getting products for a Florida vacation. I am so glad I had Nexxus, it left my hair smooth and soft. My hair endured harsh conditions, drying out from swimming and chlorine but after a wash my hair was not only silky and soft it was in better shape than I had before. The whole family used it, and so did my friend and her daughter and they were so impressed how much moisture and silkyness the shampoo and conditioner left their hair. I will never use another product!

I have seen Nexxus products in the beauty supply stores for years and was unable at those times to afford to get it. But 2 years ago, I bought this conditioner and have no regrets. I am an african american with 4c, relaxed hair and this moisturizer has never let me down. My hair is soft and silky to the touch. I put on a plastic cap and sit under the dryer for about 15mins. It washes out easily and gives my hair the right amount of moisture. An old school product that will never go out of style, and will always be my number one staple in my hair care regimen.

Nexxus Humectress smells heavenly and makes my hair very manageable. I originally discovered Humectress when my stylist used it some time ago. I loved it so much that I asked her to order some for me to buy. Then, to my delight, I found I could buy it directly from a store. Although I try other products from time to time...I am a woman after all :), I always come back to Humectress. There's a lot of advertising out there portraying other products making your hair soft, smooth and shiny. But, this product really lives up to the hype.

I am so sad that the formula for humectress has changed. I kept buying the old bottles of fear of this but can't find them anymore. I've been using the new one for a few weeks and our family's hair is looking really dry and brittle. It's nice feeling in the shower but after your hair dries it doesn't look good. In addition the new fragrance gives me a headache and makes my son sneeze. I am so sad. We use a 44 oz. bottle every few months. Sad to say you will be losing us as a customer unless you change back the smell. Just can't handle the headaches and sneezing. I used to recommend you daily too. So sad :(

I have long, almost waist-length, straight hair with full head heavy highlights and I recently tried the Humectress shampoo and conditioner samples I received. After shampooing, I could feel the softness in my hair before even adding the conditioner. I have been either bleaching (or in my later years highlighting) my hair since I was 15 and I think I have tried almost every product on the market, everything from salon brands to grocery to even baby items. This has got to be the best shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. My hair is damaged from years of abuse, not to mention length. Now, Ill only use the Humectress brand. It softens, helps with tangles, conditions, smoothes, and moisturizes my hair. Wonderful products and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I am an African American female with relaxed hair and I discovered Nexxus products during college a few years ago and have been using it since. I was a little skeptical about the products at first but after the first use I was hooked. I love the signature line products, especially the Humectress conditioner. They smell great and leave my hair feeling soft and silky. I tell anyone who will listen about them.
