[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this shampoo for about a week. First of all, I have to say that it smells AMAZING. I looked forward to using it for the scent alone! However, the product works amazingly as well. It brightens hair color and is super moisturizing. This is important if you have color treated hair because it's generally dry and damaged- like mine. This helped smooth my hair, however I'm not sure I would recommend it for people with oily hair. I did receive this product for free in exchange for review.

It is like a stiff gel...almost like the toy slime... Anyways, I got about 6 washes so far out of it so far and I really love that my hair does not feel dried out when I use it. My hair feels clean without the dryness. It gets to a really nice lather too. It's wonderful and I have decided to use this stuff as my normal shampoo now

I rencently got this complimentary with Influensters. For my color treated hair. However, it did not sit well with my hair type. The following day my hair is tough and has a ton of residue. I usually shower at night and if I don't wash my hair until the 3rd day my scalp gets really oily. Also it does nothing for my hair color

So far after using this shampoo this week, my freshly colored hair hasn't faded a bit so I do trust this product as being safe for colored hair. I also love how easily it lathers so you don't have to use much product with each wash. I'm not the biggest fan of the scent but it wouldn't keep me from using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first experience with the Color Assure products by Nexxus. I am using the three step Color Assure (primer, shampoo and conditioner). I love the honeysuckle smell and it seems to last all day. The first few days that I used the product, it worked really well (better if I left it on for 3-5 minutes). After about a week, I still needed a weekly deep conditioning to maintain its effectiveness. I like that it is light and does not leave a residue on my scalp. It also does not require much to cover all of my hair. It softens the ends that are heat damaged and detangles any areas where product still remains after shampooing. I love the results with the Color Assure primer --the two products work well together. I would recommend this product if you want a daily conditioner that leaves your hair soft and manageable with a fresh, natural scent.

I color my hair about twice a year so I'm always in need of products that are safe for color-treated hair. Although my hair felt pretty soft after using, it still felt dryer than it does using some of my other favorite products. I also don't love the scent. I love the price tag but not sure I'd get this again.

This shampoo was decent and I like that it doesn't have sulfates. It didn't seem to dry my hair out any more than it already is, but I didn't see any particular benefits after using it. Id recommend if you have color treated hair and no other hair concerns.

I actually love this product - works very well in both my hard water, and when I visit my mom who has soft water. I have very fine hair, but do not feel it weighs it down. I know lots of people describe it as leaving hair greasy, but I feel it just doesn't leave it feeling stripped and dried out. The problem though is that it is so very expensive. I bought it a month ago, and the price has gone up significantly at every store where I normally buy it. Just can't pay this much for an every day product.

This shampoo is half the price and works just as well! The only downfall to this is it's not as moisturizing as I would hope for colored hair.

Nexxus Color Assure Conditioner for Colored Hair has a great scent and is a perfect pair to Nexxus Color Assure Shampoo. It left my hair feeling healthy and nourished but a little dry. It did retain the color even after four washes.
