I've been a faithful user of nexus color assure (gray bottle) for many years. Recently the product changed to a pink bottle with the same name. It is NOT the same product. Very disappointed with the change. It leaves my hair feeling very greasy and too heavy. The product is so bad that I've left the brand in search of something more comparable to the original formula. I hope the company reconsiders it's poor decision to change the formula and go back to the original - please!!'

Most shampoos leave my hair dry after rinsing it off, but not this one. Not only did it help retain my haircolor, but it also kept it soft. I would definitely recommend this for someone who's looking for a new shampoo to have extra color added to it.

Unfortunately, I don't have colour treated hair to say how well (or not) this helps keep the colour. Overall, if recommend it to someone to try. Before trying the color assure shampoo, I was using a cleansing conditioner, which is a completely different type of system. It took me a couple of washes to get used to the changes, and once I did, I really enjoyed this shampoo. Light lather, but certainly sufficient to move through my hair and get it clean. Also, upon rinsing out, my hair felt cleanbut not stripped. Overall a good product.

Overall I have used it for the past 5 showers and have enjoyed it. It made my hair feel clean and smooth, with a light scent. This shampoo did not wash out my color. I wish it made my hair feel a little silkier but I have enjoyed using it!

After washing it out, my hair still felt smooth and not dry. It gives a good clean while retaining moisture.
