[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this product about 4 washes now, I do not wash my hair every day. I wash it about 2x a week! It tangles my hair up so so bad, I have really thick and really long hair. And this conditioner doesn't make it easy to brush my hair after showering. It really makes it difficult while drying my hair Because it will keep tangling back up due to the weird film it leaves over it and makes it seem greasy. Just as bad as the Shampoo. If it didn't do these two things then I would absolutely love this product. I think it's great that they are sulfate free products to protect your color treated hair!

This is perhaps the worst shampoo that I have ever purchased. For once in my life, I phoned customer service about a shampoo. My hair is greasy, sticky, lifeless, flat and feels disgusting. There is a serious manufacturing or formula problem with this shampoo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product smells amazing, and I've gotten numerous compliments. As a disclosure, I used this with the primer as well. As part of the Color Assure system, this lathers fairly easily, but even after trying to wash out for several minutes, it feels like there is a film on my hair. The one thing I have noticed that is positive is that my hair color is looking vibrant which I was hoping for.

I have not used this shampoo twice since buying it. It is the absolute worst shampoo I have ever used. My hair is so greasy immediately after I blow dry. My hands even feel greasy after I blow dry. The second time I used it I made sure I rinsed extra long, but it is still awful. The only nice thing about it is the scent, that is all. I have very long, very thick color treated hair and it takes alot to make it greasy like this. I want my money back!!

I started off not liking this shampoo as the scents were much more muted compared to my last one. I also felt like it left my hair greasy. However, after using it consistently for one week, I noticed my hair was adjusting to it. By the end of the week my hair was full and very soft. It also had a light smell that was so good. I felt like it gave me a thourough cleaning as well.

This is my first Nexxus product. Loved the smell but I noticed that my hair felt so greasy -- and thought I probably didn't rinse my hair well enough. Browsed the Internet and read that this is a new formula and the greasy effect IS common after all. Cannot believe I wasted my money on this :/

I was looking forward to using this shampoo as it had a very nice smell, but it left my hair feeling greasy and weighed down. I'd hate to throw it away since it was a bit pricy, but my hair feels too gross after using so I'm going to have to find a new shampoo.

I have used this product for a week now and all that it has done to my hair is that it has left it extremely greasy and waxy feeling. I feel the need to wash my hair much more often than I used to (almost every day) and overall it is just stripping my color away quicker than I ever imagined it to. Honestly, you may be saving money by just buying a more expensive shampoo brand. I used the ENJOY brand before this and had never had issues as I have with this particular shampoo. The only upside to this shampoo is that it has not given me any issues with dandruff. Regardless my hair constantly feels gross throughout the day

I gave this shampoo 3 tries before finally having to toss it (which I didn't want to do bc it is quite pricey). The reason is that it does not rinse out and leaves a gross oily residue in hair no matter how much you wash after lathering. I agree with other similar reviews-It weighed my hair down and made it a disgusting oily mess. Also made my scalp itchy and greasy. My hair ended up looking and feeling dirtier than before I washed it!! Very disappointing.
