We are a low salt family, so Dash is my seasonings for everything

Sam's is the only place you can get this large size Dash. Other stores it's a smaller item and more expensive.

Dash is a great salt substitute. Had to use this when my mother was around with high blood pressure. Now this is all I use.

Good seasoning

I believe the original formula has changed in some way. It doesn’t taste as flavorful as it used too. I hope they return to the original formula because the changes are noticeable.

I am careful about the amount of salt I consume but I still want my food to have flavor. Mrs. Dash salt-free seasoning is perfect for adding flavor to food without sodium. I use it on everything: eggs, salads, soups and the large economical size you can get at Sam's Club is perfect for quilt free seasoning and easy on my pocketbook.

I've tried many all-purpose seasonings over the past 50 years but I think Mrs. Dash is the best. My only complaint with this order is the quantity required to buy the product. I gave one of the 10 oz. containers away because one container is enough to last me a year.
