Read the ingredients: Dried onion. Black Pepper. Parsley. Celery Seed. Basil. Bay. Marjoram. Oregano. Savory. Thyme. Mustard. Cumin. Rosemary. Cayenne Pepper....etc. This is very heavy on the pepper. IMO ruins everything I prepare, because the pepper is the most overwhelming seasoning. I even tried "diluting" it by adding some of my own seasonings. Pepper continues to prevail and be the most dominant. I was envisioning a medley of flavors. I don't remember Mrs. Dash being so peppery.

This is a great go to seasoning for anything even if you aren’t looking to lower the sodium in your diet!
