[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using a Brita pitcher for the last 10 years or so and these filters do a great job of filtering the contaminants out of everyday drinking water. They're easy to use and are more cost effective if you buy them in multi-packs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The filters work amazingly, as our very chlorine-y tap water is transformed into delicious, clean, drinkable water. The one downside that I have found, however, is that regardless how much or how little pre-soak time I give the filters, the carbon particles end up in the filtered wated WAY to often (say, 1-10 particles per glass). I deal with them because I like the water that the filters create.

I love this new design and haven't found anymore black specks which always worried me. Not having to soap the filter saves time especially with a 3 year old running around. I had no problems with the new filter it fit perfectly and my water taste good finally. I always had trouble getting the old filter out and this one is so easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The filter doesn't last as long as it claims to, at least not in my case. I feel like the filter indicator in my pitcher is red more than it is green. Other than that, it's easy to install and switch out. Pretty simple.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This definitely helps get rid of the chlorine taste in my water when I'm away at school (city water). At home, we have well water and the Brita filters help rid of the odd mineral taste (our well has a lot of iron content). Plus, I don't waste money on water bottles and I can reuse one Nalgene instead of creating more trash.

Works as advertized. No longer have to buy & lift heavy jugs of water from the store

This is a great way to have fresh water every where we go.

I bought new designed filter. but it does not fit in the pitcher I am using. it is leaking water
