This has all the different medicines I normally take when I have a cold However this formula isn't strong enough for the kind of colds I experience.I need more of the dextromethorphan and guaifenesin. For those that have CKD this formula has Naproxen Sodium which can be dangerous for kidneys. I would recommend this for the average person. Those with health problems use with caution. I like the packaging because it states everything in the medicine. Also it is easy to read.

I found that it easily thinned the mucus so it was more comfortable to breathe and eventually stopped it altogether. I really love that these last for 12 hours so I don't have to keep taking a pill every 4 to 6 hours. The pills were easy to swallow since they weren't too large. Overall, perfect for the upcoming cold and flu season.
