I was recently sick with the flu and this did exactly what I needed it to do. It helped with my fever, headache and body pain. It also helped with the little cough and chest congestion I had going on this product is highly recommended. The taste was doable. It didn't really have a bad after taste or anything like that the texture was nice and smooth.
