[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mucinex 12 hour cold and fever is an NSAID which is a pain reliever so that almost cures the fever within minutes and all your aches and pains as well. I believe that's the orange side of the pill and the white side is for the mucus which dried up in a matter of twenty mins or so no more runny nose or rattling chest. I couldn't be happier with this product and I highly recommend it. Also because it is an nsaid please eat something before taking it as it could upset your belly.

I cant say that it was for the full 12 hours maybe 10-10.5 hours for sure. I still prefer liquid versions because this doesn't cost a sore throat.

When you're miserable being sick taking this medicine does truly relieve some symptoms like body aches and fever. I like that they're individually wrapped, makes taking the correct dose easier and great to throw in your bag. It only got 4 stars because I'd prefer a smaller pill. But definitely gets the job done.
