When I'm sick, what I find the most hard is waiting for my next medicine because most of them looses their symptom relieving functions after a few hours. This one, having a bi-layer system composed of immediate release and extended release, seems to have solve this problem. I really like the thoughtfullness behind it. The only thing I did not like is that two medicines are in one blisters, I'd prefer if all had their own blisters.
