Mucinex works amazing for me when I am sick with a cold or flu. I like that this all in one pill offers naproxen instead of acetaminophen because sometimes acetaminophen isn't strong enough for my aches and pains. They are easy to swallow even though they look big. I like that this lasts 12 hours. I recommend Mucinex especially if you're really congested or coughing bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Mucinex 12HR cold& fever Multi- Simptomp during a cold , with cough,congestion , body aches and headaches .I like that it combines ingredients for cough , mucus and fever relief in one product , and the 12HR formula was convenient . I helped loosen mucus and made me feel more comfortable while recovering.The tablets are easy to take ,although the size maybe a little large for some people.Overall I would recommend it for multi symptom cold relief .Since these are tablets there isn't really a strong flavor, which I personally prefer over overly sweet cold medicine

It always helps with the yearly chest cold I get around allergy season and this one came just in time. It relieved my headache,my cough and started breaking up the congestion day one. It didn't take long for relief to start being felt, about half a hour. That these last 12 hours using extended release technology is such a help, especially if you work outside the home. My only con is that these pills are fairly large, which might bother some that have issues taking pills and the dosage is two pills.
