Adults 12 and over take 2 tablets every 12 hours but don't take more than 4 in a 24 hour period. The directions list more information on who can and can't take this medicine and other medicines that interact. This medicine is to help with fever,headache, body pain, cough and chest congestion and it thins and loosens mucus. It's an all in one which I like about it where you don't have to take multiple medications. The pills are thick and long but if your use to taking these size pills you won't have any problems. I'm very familiar with Mucinex brand and have tried multiple products and they all do well with getting me back healthy.

It got rid of my headache after about 15min from the time I took the medication and lasted me when I was under the weather. Texture is different with the pill being dual sided but not bad at all. Over all I'd say it's worth the money.
