This is covered pretty all the symptoms from the flu, headache, body aches, cough , congestion and fever so I don't have to buy another medicine for different symptoms. The tablet seems little big but it's not too bad of the taste. Overall, I always go with this mucinex 12 hour cold and fever multi symptoms when I have the cold or allergies hit.

This helped me with the congestion, and qll over body pain. It didnt make me feel sleepy so I could still keep going. It helped for the 12 hours but getting closer to time to take the next dose I did feel it helping a little less. Overall though it really does help with cold symptoms well.
