Installation took over 90 minutes because installer did not understand how to reset tire pressure monitor. The following day, I raised the hood and found the cover to the battery compartment sitting on top of the engine where it could have slid into the fan or other bad places.

We called Sam's because we needed tires badly. The lady on the phone was very helpful she took down our information and said that we can go get them on Saturday. Saturday rolls around and guess what????? No one ever called us regarding not having them there. I go there and they tell me, "We don't have them!!! Wait.....What? But why didn't anyone tell me anything???? I had already paid for them. And I thought that since we have a membership it sounds good to get them there. Then they couldn't do the refund and they still owe me three dollars. Never got a call or anything saying sorry and we will send you what we owe you. You might want to train them how to do refunds and tell them to give people they're full refunds and not leave you hanging. I know you are probably saying, "It's only three dollars." But it is hard earned money that I made. I needed my car and couldn't use it because I didn't have my tires. Had they called me to tell me that they didn't have them or order them call me. I could of had my car sooner and I didn't. I had to call around and found them at Walmart and I had to wait to finally get them. I am so disappointed. Why do i pay all this money for this membership if i am not even given the courtesy call about them not having my tires?? And to not get my full refund too???

Very disappointed with the tire dept. Had an appointment on Feb.3rd at 2pm didn’t get the one tire installed Thursday Feb.6th- it’s frustrating when you are scheduled an appointment and takes forever to get help. No compensation at all for the inconvenience.

Tires are nice and quiet and provide a soft yet responsive feel. We like ‘em!

Cheaper than the price I was quoted a few months back.
