I bought these for my son's 2011 Honda Civic. He reports that they are amazing and handle well in the rain. Sam's was, as usual, professional and helpful about my purchase. The service tech advised me of the upcoming doorbuster special (3 days away) and that really helped me out on the price.

Tires ride nice and quiet. Very good in the rain. Offer good tire suspension as well. The price seems reasonable and the staff were very kind and helpful.

My second set of these mounted on a Mercedes coupe, better than Michelin and gives noticeably nice road handling (make sure to rotate and balance regularly, which is included)

Great tires and Service. I ordered my tires online and set up an appointment for the install. Showed up to the club and was promptly seen and tires installed. Will buy tires at the club again!

This is my third set of Perelli P4s purchased between the two VW Golf TDIs that my wife and I drive. My first set ran to 70,000 mile manufacturer’s rating with a rotation every 10,000 mile oil change, a re-balance @ every 15,000 miles, still not all the way down to tread-wear indicator. These newer P4s rated to 80,000 miles, and I expect to get that. I am careful to keep tires at recommended pressure. Very good wet and dry traction, a little louder than the OEM Continentals that these cars came with. Excellent Sam’s Club price, excellent Sam’s Club road hazard warranty included in installation package price with lifetime rotate and balance.

Tires are great. The booked install took almost 3 hours, way too long. Also was not provided with any paperwork indicating the tire warranty. Will try to obtain paperwork when i go in to get the wheel nuts retorqued.

The tires were the best offer on the market when I purchased them, and I took the deal immediately considering the brand and quality. They have performed well so far, though I do feel some play in the wheel. I had them aligned after installation at Sam’s Club. Unfortunately, the service experience was disappointing. The wait time was unnecessarily long, even though there were few customers. The tires looked dirty—almost used—and I had to ask an employee about it. He reassured me they do not sell used tires. The worst part was my interaction with the tire department supervisor in Greensboro. On both visits, he seemed irritated, mumbled when speaking, gave minimal information, and even made distancing gestures with a repulsive expression while I was trying to pay. His demeanor felt threatening and dismissive. This type of customer service is unacceptable, and he would greatly benefit from proper customer service training. While the tires are fine, the thought of having to return for rotation is unpleasant due to the service experience.

Sam’s said they were putting Goodyear Brand tires on my girlfriend’s car. When we got home I checked them out with a flashlight in the garage and they ended up being a different brand of tire. ( Perrelli )

These tires are horrible. But what’s even worse is the service that I’m receiving from Sam’s Club. I have gone back to the tires department three times had to bring a letter from a mechanic stating that my car was in good shape and I still haven’t had any resolution to the poor condition of the tires. My car fishtails at 45 mph. I’ve explained to the manager of the tire department and to a managers of Sam’s Club, how unsafe they are, and I still have them on my car and waiting for some type of resolution to the problem! Can’t even just return them and purchase new tires.
