I'm really pleased with my purchase; the service was awesome and super efficient. However, there's one thing that bugs me: I can't see this purchase on my online account or mobile app. Sam's Club can see it, but I can't. I reached out to several associates, and they weren't much help.

This is my third set of Perelli P4s purchased between the two VW Golf TDIs that my wife and I drive. My first set ran to 70,000 mile manufacturer’s rating with a rotation every 10,000 mile oil change, a re-balance @ every 15,000 miles, still not all the way down to tread-wear indicator. These newer P4s rated to 80,000 miles, and I expect to get that. I am careful to keep tires at recommended pressure. Very good wet and dry traction, a little louder than the OEM Continentals that these cars came with. Excellent Sam’s Club price, excellent Sam’s Club road hazard warranty included in installation package price with lifetime rotate and balance.

I was just browsing when I stumbled on Pirelli tires at Sam's club. Because I'm a Sam's Club plus member, I immediately got $140 off my purchase. I couldn't believe the final price, tires installed and all the perks that come with the purchase. I'm very happy with the tires, and I'm very happy with the price and all the perks that come with the purchase. I was especially impressed with Sam's Club Road Hazard warranty on the tires. 5 years of road hazard warranty. That's excellent! I'll buy my tires, from now on, at Sam's Club.

Sam's Bluefield Va honored a blowout of a tire less than a year old. No questions asked. Replaced blowout with new tire. Staff did a fantastic job and got me out the door. Highly recommend purchasing tires and warranty from Sam's.

These tires are amazing. Got them on sale and received a really good deal. Awesome transaction. They arrived at my house within two days. Really satisfied with this.

Normally I am vary happy with my experiences at Sam's Club. Our Plus membership is in my wife's name but, I have my own card. We also have a Sam's credit card. Points build up on both cards. The associate who helped me would only allow me to use the points built on the credit card toward my purchase. When I questioned this she rudely responded that technically she didn't have to allow me to use any of the points because your policy states that the person who is the primary account holder is the only person who is allowed to use the points. I've used points many times in the past with no problem. Left a bad taste with a longtime customer.

Sidewall failed on prior purchase. So this purchase was due to that failure and partial refund from warranty.

The Sam's at Tulsa Hills in Tulsa. Oklahoma are unable to get the tires balanced. I took it back the very next day to get them rebalanced and they're still not. I claimed to be having trouble with their Balance and machine.

These tires are horrible. But what's even worse is the service that I'm receiving from Sam's Club. I have gone back to the tires department three times had to bring a letter from a mechanic stating that my car was in good shape and I still haven't had any resolution to the poor condition of the tires. My car fishtails at 45 mph. I've explained to the manager of the tire department and to a managers of Sam's Club, how unsafe they are, and I still have them on my car and waiting for some type of resolution to the problem! Can't even just return them and purchase new tires.

I'm not at all happy with my new set of Pirelli tires. I've bought countless numbers of tires over my many years of membership for all my countless vehicles I have had and I can honestly say this is the first time I've been disappointed. The ride is much too hard for a full size passenger luxury vehicle and the wax coating on the tires is ridiculous and extremely difficult to remove.
