[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Liquid IV in white peach flavor. It was a very artificial tasting drink. I could get hints of peach but it was not for me. I was excited to try this brand after they ran such long podcast ad campaign. I drank one pouch and I do not think I will try another. My family did not like this liquid IV either. Drink flavoring pouches are convenient and a good alternative to worse options.

When I need a pick me up this is what I go for, being a mom or 4 I forget to stay hydrated sometimes and this helps me a lot. I love it! The packaging is adorable and the price for it is not too bad! It does taste great and became my favorite of the brand. I like that packaging comes in individual sachets, it's easy for me to take to work, mess free. I like to use it during my long flights, to stay hydrated and nourished.

I’ve use this brand regularly and feel like it makes a huge difference in hydration whether after a nice run or maybe a night out :) I usually only do half a package of powder because the flavor is too much but this is a bit more subtle and perfect.
