I’m loving how refreshing this is, especially when served ice cold. Although it’s sugar-free, the flavor is still a bit sweet, so it’s perfect for anyone who likes a touch of fruitiness without the extra sugar.

I’ve use this brand regularly and feel like it makes a huge difference in hydration whether after a nice run or maybe a night out :) I usually only do half a package of powder because the flavor is too much but this is a bit more subtle and perfect.

Like many electrolyte drinks sometimes they can be too salty, and although you can taste some of the salt in this one, It's actually quite tasty. Not to mention there are no artificial sweeteners and it gives you great hydration with 8 vitamins and nutrients.
