Very salty. I have started using 1/2 a pack in my water bottle. Flavors are not great so I add something for flavor. Good in a pinch when I feel bad. Could not use daily.

Like the taste really well. Helps to have on hand especially since the viruses are starting to make their rounds. Just add it to water to drink to replenish your electrolytes.

even mixed in tea i cant stomach this. i love almost all sf drink mixes but somthing about this is hard to swallow. got some since i was dehydrated but in it actually make it worse since i was struggling to drink it

Sugar free White peach is Very good taste. The best value is in boxes of 25 packets. 16 ounces of water tastes pretty sweet. 20 ounces of water added suits my taste better. Great product for hydration.

Like the hydration packs. A bit much flavor the first few sips, I keep adding water as I drink them. Like the fact these are sugar free. Use when heavily working out.

Nice to have a drink mix option that sugar free but also tastes great. It’s easy to drink with no gritty or powdery feeling. I’m definitely buying again. I wish they were just a bit cheaper.

If you are active in the heat, you should use this. My daughter gets dehydrated easily, even when drinking lots of water. She uses this and it helps so she does not get dehydrated during long days in the heat at the softball field.
