[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my favorite flavor of Liquid IV! I also notice a difference in my ability to think after I’ve had water with Liquid IV in it, and it makes sure that I don’t have headaches after sweating.

Keeps you hydrated when stuck in the heat working, summers get as hot as 118° and I have an active job in direct sunlight! Prevents heat stroke honestly

I was fainting and it was recommended by my doctor along with compression stockings. It did help but another big advantage is now blood draws are easy. No more a big hassle.

I’m officially addicted to the White Peach Liquid I. V. 🍑 Honestly, I can’t start my day without it anymore. I drink 1–2 every single day and it’s become part of my morning routine. The flavor is SO good — light, refreshing, and not overly sweet or artificial tasting like a lot of electrolyte drinks. I also LOVE that there’s a sugar-free option because it lets me drink them daily without feeling guilty about it. I have it on auto-ship every month because there’s no chance I’m risking running out 😂 It actually makes staying hydrated easy, and at this point it’s basically a non-negotiable part of my day.

It is a well-balanced drink. It is not too sweet, or the flavor is not barely detectable like some brands. With it being sugar free, you can feel great about drinking it. It is one of the selection sugar free Liquid I. V. s that I have on auto delivery.
