This is my favorite liquid IV so far. It's very flavorful and I feel so much better after drinking. The flavor is perfect for me in 32-40oz of liquid rather than your traditional 16-24. I've been having less headaches since I tried these. The hydration is fantastic. Highly recommend.

I recently tried the Liquid I.V. Sugar-Free White Peach Electrolyte Packets and have mixed feelings, which is why I'm giving it three stars. On one hand, the product really does what it claims—it keeps me hydrated. I’ve used it after workouts, on hot days, and even when I was feeling a bit under the weather, and each time I felt noticeably more refreshed and energized afterward. The electrolyte blend clearly works, and I appreciate that this version is sugar-free, especially since I try to limit added sugars in my diet. However, the taste is where this product falls short for me. The white peach flavor had potential, but it’s completely overwhelmed by that artificial sweetener aftertaste. It’s strong, lingering, and frankly, hard to ignore. I’ve tried mixing it with extra water to dilute the flavor, which helps a little, but that also waters down the overall taste. I know the sugar-free formula is healthier, but the “fake sugar” flavor is so overpowering it almost ruins the experience. Despite the taste, I still use it occasionally because of how effective it is at keeping me hydrated. If Liquid I.V. can improve the flavor balance, this could easily be a five-star product

Liquid IV was recommended to me for hydration. My original purchase had a variety of flavors. I prefer White Peach because it goes well with the flavors of what I mix it with. I can put it in plain water and I like the taste and the fragrance of White Peach.

Not crazy about it. Weird aftertaste. Was hoping to use it in place of other electrolytes that I have to order online. Buying in-store would be more convenient than having to wait weeks for a shipment of my usual, but I don’t like these enough to switch.

I love the flavor. I was hesitant to try it since I don't like my drinks very sweet, but this one was great! I tend to add one packet to a big jug of water since I prefer a hint of flavor in my daily water, and it was perfect for me, even that diluted. It has just enough tang to it to not be obnoxiously sweet. I'll definitely be repurchasing!

The initial flavor is pretty good. But the after taste is dreadful. Very medicinal like…bitter almost. I tried the DripDrop version and it was really good but couldn’t find the one I liked so tried these on a whim…. For the price I’ll force myself to drink them since they do the job intended but the flavor is AWFUL. I mixed it with water, the second time with unsweetened tea and third time with sugar free Red Bull…. All 3 equally bad.

Absolutely delicious. My job is one that I'm constantly running back and forth and hydration is only a thought when the headache sets in, but when I drink one of these in the morning it gets me through my shift perfect without a headache. Plus the taste is such a good way to wake up.

I'm not usually someone who falls for gimmicks, and this product is definitely not one of them—it actually works. My wife has restless leg syndrome, which often wakes me up at night, but since she started using this, her legs have been much calmer and I'm sleeping better too. Give it a try—you might be surprised how well it works.

It's really convenient to get a subscription. The new flavor is good. The sugar free option is great. This has been a purchase that helps me on the tough days when I forget to keep drinking water. It's a pick me up and little push in the right direction.
