The flavor! The can’t decide if they’re drinking it for the hydration benefits or for the great peach flavor.

When I drink this it will either taste salty or sweet. Depending on what you can or can't taste says a lot about about your hydration

This is a light flavored drink mix. If you like it stronger, just use less water. It helps me consume more water and electrolytes.
