White Peach Liquid IV Hydration packet is my favorite of all the flavors! They really hit the spot! Even my Grandson is always asking me if I have Peach Water!

Very salty. I have started using 1/2 a pack in my water bottle. Flavors are not great so I add something for flavor. Good in a pinch when I feel bad. Could not use daily.

I like the taste and I make sure if I fall short on my water during the week or had some alcoholic beverages the night before I make it a point to have some the next day. It does help.

I love the fact that the peach hydration doesn't have sugar and that's the one I have at the end of the night so that I sleep through the night and don't feel dehydrated waking up

Tried several varieties of these electrolyte products. They all have a horrible taste to them. This one is tolerable. Don’t get me wrong - it’s not the best drink you’ve ever had - but you can get it down without feeling ill.

It is a little too tart for my preference. I did have to increase the amount of water to almost 2.5 cups for the tartness %26 sweetness to be palatable. I wouldn't buy it again - unless it is necessary to boost my electrolyte consumption.

I love the sugar free lemon lime. Second favorites are the peach and green grape. I love the flavor of these way more than some of the other competitors out there.

My daughter loves these, works well for her to get that extra hydration. Generally good all around, whole family loves them!! Great taste without all the salt aftertaste like with the other liquid iv flavors, sugar free is a plus!!
