This is one of my favorite flavors! Its pretty sweet so I only use half the packet at a time. it mixes really well too.

These are really good to keep in your athlete’s backpack. These are not my favorite Liquid IV flavors, but they’re good.

When I got home & opened one it was melted together , hard & gooey like laffy taffy ! Checked the rest & over half of them were like that !

These are tasty. They are not too sweet more of a salty taste. Quenches your thirst without the belly ache.

White peach is my favorite flavor. All flavors are super hydrating and helps me get my water intake to increase, bc it's just that yummy!

It doesn't dissolve easily. There are always granules left in the bottom of the cup. The flavor is good.
