Poor design

The filter system is a poor design. The throws up the E02 code non stop even if it is a brand new filter. I had to return it since it would not work properly. Do not recommend this item.

Relaxinf

It says it’s a 6 person but it fits 2 comfortably maybe 4 kids. I think it will be great this summer. The instructions were not that great but we found a u tube that helped. There is nothing on the chemicals either. Good thing for u tube!

Holds well during summer months. Winter is beginning so we shall see how long it lasts. Bubble jets are powerful. Can easily fit 4 adults. Very strong and durable material. Not easily punctured. EASY TO CLEAN! GREAT PURCHASE!

Inexpensive but does not last

It’s nice for the price however the heater pump lasts about 6 months and leaks. The warranty covers it for a year. Your electric bill will skyrocket as well. It was fun but I am done with it.

Love this hot tub detailed costs are in this revie

I have this tub. Purchased it not on sale 10/21/2024, still going strong today, 5/12/2025. That is 568 days or about a year and a half. Placed on almost level back of house wooden deck with half inch pads under it. It has never moved since installed. Has been full of water and 104 degrees every single day, winter, spring, summer, fall, and winter again. Colorado winter with temperatures as low as ten below zero (-10 F). Changed the water and rechem every 90 to 100 days or so. Minor issues. Small leaks easy to remedy. Pump died. They shipped me a new pump free. The top has a few holes now because of hail and age. Not as thermally insulated as when new. Absolutely needs a new top inflatible stretch and over cover ASAP. I sit in it at least 4 times a week, sometimes for hours, wife loves it, she lets me spend this money on it. If it dies today I would salvage parts for spares and go buy a new one immediately. Spent less than a dollar a day cost over time. Another $1.15 average for electricity. Another 75 cents a day average for chemicals and other supplies. Total Spent $1,020.01 630.76 of electricity = $1650.77 divided by 568 days = $2.91. Just under three dollars a day. Worth every penny. Electricity usage, hot tub plugged in to KILL A WATT meter the entire time, total 4852 kWh, times 13 cents per kWh = $630.76 over 568 days = $1.11 per day for electricity. So electricity accounts for almost half the cost of owning and maintaining and using this hot tub.

Bad Experience

The heater does not heat after a few times, after a few inflates and deflates it wont hold air, and water would get into the walls. We used it a handful of times before it had these problems. This product was so very disappointing to me.

Errors

Constant errors. Had to get a replacement twice. Just not worth all the effort, recommend avoiding at all costs!! Otherwise it’s a great hot tub

Easy affordable Hot Tub

At first the shipping was 3 days late, but it was worth the wait. Overall the hot tub was super easy to assemble. After blown up it took around 12 hours to get all the way to 100 degrees but it does hold the temperature at 100 or whatever you set it on. I would recommend to anyone.
